Content Divider¶
The Content Divider extension gives you precise control over how content is displayed within your inventory listings. It allows you to automatically insert custom content blocks at set intervals between listings, creating natural breaks in your layout without disrupting the browsing experience.
Whether you want to showcase promotions, highlight special offers, display advertisements, or add informative text, you can place content after every X listings with ease. This helps draw attention to important messages while keeping your inventory pages clean, engaging, and strategically structured.
Flexible and easy to configure, the Content Divider lets you turn long listing pages into dynamic, conversion-focused experiences.
Requirements¶
| Requirement | Value |
|---|---|
| DMS version | 1.0.0 or newer |
| License | Starter or higher |
| Page builder | Elementor |
| Layout | An SRP template using the All Listings element |
How it works¶
A content divider is a template like any other in DMS — you build it in your page builder with whatever content you like. What makes it a divider is where it gets used:
- You create a Content Divider template and set how often it should appear and how wide it should be.
- You edit your SRP template and pick that divider inside the All Listings element.
- On the search results page, the divider is inserted into the listing grid after every X listings, repeating down the page.
The divider sits inside the grid as a grid item, not as a full-width band across it — which is why width is one of its settings.
Dividers repeat, they don't appear once
Set to every 6 listings, the divider appears after the 6th, the 12th, the 18th, and so on. On a page of 24 listings, that's four appearances. Choose an interval that suits your page size — too frequent and the promotion becomes wallpaper.
Next steps¶
- Creating a Content Divider — the template and its settings.
- Using a Content Divider — attaching it to an SRP.
- Troubleshooting — divider not showing, wrong width, wrong frequency.
